We are looking for an Assistant Director Intern to join the BabyBillion crew.In this role, you won't just be fetching coffee. You will be right in the middle of the action, shadowing our Director and AD, learning the ropes of high-volume YouTube production, and helping turn ambitious creative concepts into reality. This is your chance to see how a massive channel operates from pre-production to the final wrap.What You’ll Do Support Pre-Production: Assist the production team in building schedules, scouting locations, creating shot lists, and sourcing props to ensure we are shoot-ready.Assist on Set: Be the eyes and ears on the ground during filming. You’ll help manage call times, coordinate talent movements, and ensure the crew has what they need to stay on schedule.Learn Logistics: Gain hands-on experience managing the /"moving parts/" of a shoot. You’ll help anticipate logistical hiccups and learn how to solve problems in real-time.Facilitate Communication: Act as a key link between the crew and the office. You’ll help ensure call sheets are distributed and everyone is aligned on the day's goals.Organize Post-Production Assets: assist in offloading footage, organizing files for editors, and ensuring a smooth hand-off from the set to the edit bay.Who You AreCurrent Student or Recent Graduate: You are currently studying Film, Media, Communications, or have recently graduated with a passion for video production.Eager to Learn: You have some experience with student films or personal projects and are hungry to learn how professional sets operate.Portfolio/Reel: A link to class projects, personal YouTube videos, or short films is a plus (even if they are simple!).Skills We’re Looking ForOrganizational Superpower: You love lists, schedules, and details. You can keep track of gear and people without losing your cool.Proactive Attitude: You don’t wait to be told what to do—if you see a messy cable or a confused cast member, you jump in to help.Calm Under Pressure: Production can be chaotic.
