Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through network, referrals, and banking channelsManage an assigned client portfolio and act as primary relationship ownerConduct periodic portfolio reviews and wealth planning discussionsEnhance client engagement, retention, and wallet shareProvide advisory across investments: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, equities, structured products, insuranceUnderstand client risk profile, investment horizon, tax considerationsDesign customized asset allocation & portfolio strategiesMonitor portfolio performance and rebalance when requiredDeliver AUM growth, revenue, and cross-sell targetsGenerate fee income through advisory and investment product penetrationIdentify opportunities for NTB (new-to-bank) and deepening existing relationshipsCross-sell entire bank product suite:liabilities lendingcards and digital bankingPartner with product teams and specialists (investment/insurance/FX/lending)Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDAI)Adhere to AML/KYC and risk suitability normsMaintain high compliance standards in advisory and sales practicesHandle audits and internal control requirementsProvide single-point service resolution for wealth clientsDeliver superior client experience with timely query handlingCoordinate with operations/back office for smooth transactionsStay updated on markets, macro trends, investment productsEducate clients on product risk-return characteristicsConduct investment awareness and client engagement sessions
