Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – In-Store Digitalization to own and drive key product initiatives that power store-level execution and operational efficiency across Albertsons Companies.This role is a high-impact position, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Digital teams to translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.This role is ideal for someone who is strategic and ambitious individual with the proven ability to deliver products that create impact and deliver exceptional value to the end customer will succeed in the role. The leader in this role will possess the expertise to influence people, processes and technology.The role is based in Bengaluru, India, working with cross-functional teams across the US and India.Product Areas Owned:The Senior Product Manager will contribute to and own initiatives across:In-Store Digitalization Capabilities – Tools that support store teams in executing of Inventory management tools, pricing, promotions, labor, and operational workflows.Operational Insights & Reporting – Dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights to store operators and field leadership.Execution Intelligence & Automation – Applying AI/ML and intelligent workflows to improve task prioritization, compliance, and store productivity.Enterprise Integrations – Ensuring seamless integration with merchandising, supply chain, labor, and fulfillment systems.Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Product Ownership & Roadmap ExecutionOwn and execute defined areas of the product roadmap, aligned with broader business objectives.Translate customer needs, operational pain points, and insights into clear product requirements.Continuously prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and dependencies.Data-Driven Decision Making:Analyze datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving store execution.Use data and experimentation to validate assumptions and inform product decisions.Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders using dashboards and visualizations.Delivery & Execution:Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Manage dependencies across teams and systems to ensure smooth execution.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Operations, Merchandising, Digital, and Technology teams to align on requirements and outcomes.Act as the primary product point of contact for assigned initiatives.Operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and drive clarity.Collaboration with Data Science & EngineeringWork with Data Science teams to support development, testing, and rollout of ML/AI-driven capabilities.Participate in solution design discussions, ensuring scalability and operational fit.Experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Analytics, or ManagementConsulting Experience Great to HaveStrong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in data analysis and SQL.Exposure to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.Experience collaborating with Data Science teams to develop and optimize models.Proven ability to find opportunities and deliver results in ambiguous environments.Highly Desirable:Experience in demand planning, labor planning, fulfillment, or slot management systems.Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience.Knowledge of programming documentation processes/procedures.Ability to understand client expectations and to resolve issues that may affect service.Interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across the department and team.Self-starter, with a desire to learn beyond formal training with a strong aptitude for delivering quality products.Competencies:Compassionate and kind, showing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
