Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to improve operations health.Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable formatSkills And ExpertiseBE/B Tech/Degree in MathTeam handling experience is mandatory Work experience (5-6 years)Strong problem solving ability is a must for this roleProficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Optional: R). Advanced SQL writing skills on large databasesAbility to identify right metrics to track, expert at data visualization and presentationExcellent critical thinking skills backed by clear verbal and written communicationExcellent written and verbal communication skills
