Business Analyst

Exp: 1 to 2 yearsBusiness analysts/risk analysts preferably from financial services, large banks/MNCs.Strong background in business analysis (consumer/business strategy, financial products, pricing, etc.)Demonstrated problem solving abilities and first principles based thinkingAbility to identify key drivers of business and create KPIs for the sameAbility to structure and analyze A/B testsAbility to think deeply and critically to ask the right questionsPower user of Excel, knowledge of SQL,Hands on experience in R or Python, added advantageAbility to work both independently and with direction to meet established deadlines and objectivesYour day-day will involve making data driven decisions by:Performing analysis to drive change within the businessQuantifying and proposing risk/reward trade-offs of recommendationsContributing to strategic and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and resultsApplying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of dataProviding analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operationsContributing to complex analytics projects which require technical knowledgePerforming ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendationsEngaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion
