Job Title: Offline Inventory Control Executive - Multiple LocationsJob Summary:The Offline Inventory Control Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of physical stock levels at retail outlets. This role involves conducting on-site stock verification, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance, and updating real-time inventory data in the Dil POS system. The incumbent will play a vital role in minimizing stock discrepancies, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting smooth outlet operations.Key Responsibilities:Stock Verification: Conduct regular physical verification of stock at assigned outlets to ensure accuracy between system records and actual inventory.Inventory Update: Perform real-time stock adjustments and updates in the Dil POS system during outlet visits to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.FIFO Compliance: Ensure that all outlets adhere to the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principle to prevent product obsolescence or wastage.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing stock inspections, discrepancies identified, corrective actions taken, and overall inventory status.Coordination: Collaborate with Retail Partners (RPs), Outlet Managers, and the central supply chain team to resolve stock-related issues promptly.Process Improvement: Identify and report recurring issues or trends related to inventory management and suggest improvements for better stock accuracy and control.Key Skills and Competencies:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock counting.Sound knowledge of inventory control principles (especially FIFO).Proficiency in using POS systems (preferably Dil POS) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlet visits daily.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
