Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive / Legal Manager – Land Due Diligence & Acquisition at RUDRA HOSPITALITIES, located in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting legal due diligence of land and property, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice on property-related matters, and ensuring compliance with property laws. The candidate will also be responsible for conveyancing activities including sale deeds, lease deeds, and other property-related transactions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Property Law and ConveyancingExperience in Legal Document Preparation and providing Legal AdviceProficient in Law, particularly related to land and propertyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site and collaborate with other teamsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higherRelevant experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
