Job DescriptionYour CareerThe Business Systems Specialist is a member of the Sales Operations team. The role will be based in our Bangalore office in India.This role helps to ensure systemic accuracy and usability of our sales tools through timely and accurate resolution of support tickets. Primary sales tools to be supported will include, but not be limited to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (FKA Steel brick), Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, Close Plan, and Callidus Commissions.Your ImpactAssign, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (FKA Steelbrick), Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, and ClosePlan, Callidus Commissions and other sales toolsManage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task executionTriage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required informationAssist in scheduled maintenance of the systems via data migrationsMaintain the SLA targetsManage access and visibility related issuesAssist with documentation of best practices and usageAbility to work with a variety of internal/external customers and vendors (some technical, some non-technical) in Sales OperationsDemonstrate skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment and good relationshipsThis is a global role, requiring flexibility to work in shifts to support our worldwide teams and business needsQualificationsYour Experience At least 7+ years of professional experience in an IT /Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certifiedSalesforce Administrator experience is highly preferredGood knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory managementExperience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plusHands-on experience providing system and tools support to usersStrong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focusExcellent time management skillsQuick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAggressive problem solverExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdditional knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, and Dataloader and SOQL is a plusAdditional InformationThe TeamPalo Alto Networks has brought technology to market that is reshaping the cybersecurity threat and protection landscape.
