Sustainability Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief People and Transformation Officer, you will play a key role in advancing, structuring, and elevating the ESG position at group level. You will collaborate broadly across departments, support the creation of ESG-related initiatives, and ensure consistent and high-quality reporting in close partnership with our ESG Principal.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people engagement sustainability, structured in their approach, and eager to contribute to meaningful impact in an international consultancy environment.ESG Development & Implementation: Collaborate closely with departments across the group to create, implement, and support ESG initiatives and group-level training programs.People Engagement: Create awareness and make people involved in different initiatives. Workshops, learning & development.Sustainable Development Expertise: Serve as the group’s internal specialist on sustainable development, providing guidance and subject-matter expertise.ESG Reporting: Together with the ESG Principal, manage and deliver all ESG and sustainability reports — monthly, quarterly, and annually — ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with People, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other teams to embed ESG principles into processes, policies, and decision-making.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to developing new sustainability frameworks, metrics, and tools that enhance ESG maturity and performance.
