▪ Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the ESG Domain Graduate/ Postgraduate from Environmental domain is preferable Certified or Trained Auditor/ Implementor in ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 50001 from reputed Training institutes Certified or Trained Auditor or Implementor in ESG Topics, Experience and exposure to frameworks like BRSR, GRI, TCFD, SASB, etc. is an added advantage Exposure to Energy Management Concepts & Social Metrics would be an added advantage Desired Skills Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationship, communicate clearly and effectively with different levels across the borders Strong ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects concurrently Strong communication skills to effectively report project risks and progress to senior management and colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication Familiarity/implementation exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001 and other ESG related standards Familiarity with BPO-Healthcare/ IT-ITES industry specific legal & regulatory requirements in brief Good knowledge and hands on experience in using MS tools Creative mindset with go gets attitude Responsibilities: Experienced in GHG inventory management and digitization, including validation of input data point v/s output emission values Aware of decarbonization strategies and options available in the market and place them before management for decision making across all the geos Leads the annual ESG Report preparation including information and data gathering, content development and design evaluation. Ensures alignment with ESG disclosure requirements and best practices to manage the Identified potential challenges and ensures on time and quality deliverables. Prepares of responses to inquiries from relevant ESG rating agencies and other organizations, such as CDP, EcoVadis, TCFD, S&P Global (DJSI), SBTi etc. Point of contact for internal inquiries regarding periodical ESG performance data and information. Effectively, supports relevant functions with ESG performance information. Continuously works toward improving the ESG reporting processes and related internal control environment to ensure ESG data reliability and accuracy. Works closely with team members, functions and business units to implement robust, audit-proof reporting processes and internal controls. Influences stakeholders across various levels of the organization as well as in different functions and business units to achieve project goals. Team up closely with the business and key internal leaders, data owners, technical functions, internal audit and external assurance providers to maintain a well-controlled, standardized internal reporting processes for ESG and ensure accurate and timely reporting and disclosure of the annual ESG data and information. Ensures Policies, SOPs and other documentation supporting ESG reporting activities are in place and undergoes periodical review Provides insights and advises on relevant actions regarding new ESG reporting and disclosure trends and requirements that may impact the company’s brand image and its position in the market. Leads and/or support implementation of projects aimed at improving ESG reporting and disclosure at the company. Manages parallel priorities and complex projects ensuring high quality and on time deliverables Collaborate with cross geo SPOCS for knowledge sharing and best practises implementation Monitor Energy efficiency/ optimization projects as driven by Admin function to ensure successful yield of ROI Drives sustainability initiatives in the organization through various communication channels emphasizing behavioural change
