Executive Assistant – Digital Operations & ContentLocation: Bangalore (Full-Time, In-Person)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with the Owner of the company. This role combines core executive support and administrative responsibilities with digital and content-related functions. You will act as a trusted right hand, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while also supporting the Owner’s digital presence and media initiatives.The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized, tech-savvy, quick, resourceful, and capable of taking ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Operational SupportManage the Owner’s time, schedule, and priorities, ensuring structure, organization, and efficiency Stay on top of all tasks, communications, and deadlines, with proactive follow-ups and execution Handle day-to-day administrative work, including emails, messages, correspondence, and research Manage and grow social media presence, including content creation, drafting, and scheduling Support digital media, including coordination, content creation, and distribution Coordinate with freelancers and external partners, and track execution across tasksStay up to date with digital tools, trends, and platforms to improve execution and efficiencyCandidate Profile & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, operations, content creation, social media, digital coordination, or similar rolesHighly tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, productivity platforms, social media, and online systemsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detailStrong content creation skills, including filming, editing, and publishing videos and digital content across social media platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with vendors, freelancers, and stakeholders in Bangalore in English, Kannada, and Hindi.Work StructureFull-time, in-person role based in BangaloreHigh-ownership, execution-focused environment with significant learning exposureCompensationCompensation will be commensurate with experience, skillset, and qualifications.How to ApplyPlease note that applications submitted solely through LinkedIn will not be considered.
