At Ikigge Designz, we are committed to delivering spaces with exceptional attention to detail and seamless coordination.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly driven Interior Design Site Supervisor / Project Execution Lead to join our Bengaluru team (on-site). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced site environments and takes full ownership of project delivery.You will be responsible for managing day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into execution, and resolving real-time challenges with speed and precision. This role demands strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders to keep projects on track.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site execution, ensuring work is carried out as per design drawings and specificationsTranslate design concepts into precise on-site implementation with a strong focus on quality and detailingProactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project executionCoordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflowMonitor project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion within budgetReview and interpret technical drawings, including working drawings and construction detailsEnsure material quality, finishes, and workmanship meet defined standardsConduct regular site inspections and maintain execution quality at every stageMaintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding progress and updatesQualificationsStrong proficiency in interior design fundamentals, space planning, and on-site executionSolid technical knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and detailingProven experience in site supervision, project execution, or interior fit-out projectsAbility to read, interpret, and execute detailed construction and working drawings accuratelyStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, practical decisions on-siteExcellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environmentA personal vehicle is mandatory for regular site visits and project coordinationProficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is requiredA minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
