The Mentor will support and guide learners aspiring to join MAANG companies by creating and conducting technical sessions, providing in-depth explanations for complex concepts, evaluating assignments, and offering personalized feedback. The role involves fostering a collaborative learning environment, solving real-world problems, and staying up-to-date with industry trends in DSA, system design, and emerging technologies to ensure the learning material is current and relevant.QualificationsStrong expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System DesignPrior experience in MAANG-level or equivalent roles is a must requirement,Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectivelyExperience in guiding or mentoring others in technical skillsPassion for empowering others and creating positive learning experiencesBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
