Job Title: Senior Interior DesignerLocation: BangaloreExperience: 3–10 YearsIndustry: Corporate Office Interior Fit-Out OnlyJob Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design development for corporate office interior fit-out projects.Prepare conceptual designs, space planning, mood boards, material boards, and detailed drawings.Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, propose design solutions, and present design concepts.Work closely with project managers, MEP teams, and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.Review and finalize GFC drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design quality and standards.Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for material selection and technical details.Ensure timely delivery of design packages as per project schedules.Stay updated with new design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to workplace interiors.Key Skills Required:Strong knowledge of corporate interior fit-out projects.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), Photoshop, and MS Office.Excellent sense of design aesthetics, space planning, and detailing.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under timelines.Qualifications:Prior experience in workplace/corporate office projects is mandatory.
