This role is for someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but understands mood, restraint, and the nuance of building a strong visual language.What You’ll Be Part of:Developing design directions, mood boards, and collection narrativesCreating illustrations and visual concepts aligned with the brand’s identityDesigning brand assets — from lookbooks to presentations and digital contentContributing to social media storytelling with a strong sense of aestheticsAssisting in photoshoots, styling, and overall visual executionShaping and maintaining the visual consistency of the brandWhat You Bring:Design & Visual Tools: Adobe Photoshop, IllustratorLayout & Editorial Sensibility: Adobe InDesign (for lookbooks, portfolios, and brand decks)Presentation & Communication: Canva / Keynote / Google Slides / PowerPointMotion & Content: Basic understanding of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCutDigital Sensibility: A strong understanding of Instagram as a visual platform — grids, pacing, and storytellingPreferred (Adds Strong Value): Figma, Lightroom, basic photography and styling knowledgeIllustration: Strong hand-drawn and/or digital illustration skillsCore Aesthetic Strengths: A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and proportion Attention to detail with the ability to execute with precisionWho This Is For: Someone who is:Visually intuitive and creatively disciplinedCurious, observant, and self-drivenAble to take ownership and contribute beyond assigned tasksGenuinely interested in fashion as both design and narrativeThe Opportunity:Work closely on building and shaping a growing fashion brandGain hands-on exposure across design, content, and brand directionPotential full-time role based on performanceTo Apply: Share your portfolio.
