Role Overview We’re looking for someone who is creative + organised — someone who understands storytelling, audience engagement, and consistency.This role blends marketing strategy, social media management, CRM, and basic design, and is perfect for someone who enjoys both creativity and structure.What You’ll Be Doing • Planning, scheduling, and posting content across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms• Writing captions that feel human, emotional, and on-brand• Managing CRM: audience lists, emailers, WhatsApp broadcasts, and databases• Supporting ticketing communication and audience engagement flows• Creating basic designs using Canva (posters, stories, thumbnails)• Coordinating with production and events teams for content needs• Tracking performance and engagement metricsWho You Are 1.
