Role Summary:We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can merge design excellence with a strong understanding of data and analytics. This role requires someone who can transform complex insights into visually engaging and intuitive experiences across presentations, dashboards, digital platforms, and client deliverables. You will collaborate closely with researchers, analysts, and developers to ensure that data not only informs but also inspires through clear and impactful design. Key Responsibilities:Create compelling visual narratives for presentations, reports, and data-driven stories.Craft data visualizations that make insights accessible, engaging, and actionable.Design digital assets for web, social media, and reports as neededWork on enhancing the UI/UX of Products / Applications / BI dashboardsDevelop and maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and reusable assets.Participate in design review cycles and iterate based on feedback.Open to learn new tools and techniques based on the requirementsBe proactive and possess a positive attitude.Should be highly self-motivated and strong team playerMust-Have Skills:4-7 years of experience in graphic design / UX designProven ability to work with data-heavy content, turning analytics, dashboards, and reports into visually engaging outputs.Exposure to motion graphics and interaction design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MSOffice.Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and working knowledge of JavaScript or front-end libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and explain design choices.Nice-to-HaveExperience in market research, consulting, or analytics-driven industries.Ability to conduct or interpret user research and usability testing.
