The ideal candidate should be able to translate brand requirements into high-quality visual assets across digital platforms, especially for e-commerce, performance marketing, and social media.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality creatives for:Website banners, homepage sections, and collection pagesPerformance marketing ads (Meta, Google, Marketplace creatives)Social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and static creativesEmailers, WhatsApp creatives, and push notification visualsMarketplace creatives (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)Ensure brand consistency across all creativesWork closely with marketing, content, and performance teamsConvert raw ideas, briefs, or references into visually compelling designsOptimize creatives for different formats, sizes, and platformsHandle multiple design requests and meet deadlines efficientlyMake quick iterations based on performance feedback and revisionsMaintain and organize design assets, templates, and filesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (mandatory)Basic knowledge of Figma is a plusUnderstanding of typography, color theory, layout, and compositionExperience designing for digital & performance marketingAbility to adapt designs based on brand tone and target audienceGood attention to detail and visual aestheticsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood to HaveExperience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brandsBasic motion graphics knowledge (After Effects / simple animations)Understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, conversions)Familiarity with marketplaces creative guidelinesWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing D2C brandCreative freedom and ownership of brand visualsExposure to performance-driven designCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
