Senior Design Leader

Think Design Collaborative is looking for a seasoned Senior Design Leader in its StudioSkills:Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behavior, and creating Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & ProductsAbility to decode complex business goals, product & technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging & effective experiences for our clientsThorough understanding of User Experience DesignAbility to conduct Design Workshops with leadership teams from Clients is mandatoryShould be able to collect & analyse Business Requirements, create Design briefs & proposals, convert sales inquries into projects & over delivery.Hold the capability to speak at industry forums, present Think Design for purpose of Sales, Marketing & PRPeople Management Skills need to be excellent.
