We undertake ‘Design & Build’ projects in association with SWBI Architects-an Interior & Architecture Design Firm.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Design Leader proficient in working drawings and coordination, capable of supporting client interactions and site requirements.Key Responsibilities:1.     Prepare layouts & complete working drawing sets2.     Support concept development & senior presentations3.     Coordinate with MEP teams, vendors & site teams4.     Conduct site visits & resolve drawing-related queries5.     Maintain document standards, accuracy & revision logsKey Requirements * Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design * 1-5 years’ experience in corporate interiors * Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp preferred) * Strong detailing & material understanding * Good communication & coordination skills
