Interior Designer

Position Overview:This dynamic role is all about driving an exceptional customer journey for IFB’s Modular Kitchen offering. From nurturing leads and understanding customer expectations to successfully closing projects and ensuring flawless execution, you will be at the heart of delivering a premium kitchen experience. Working closely with various teams, you’ll be responsible for transforming customer needs into beautifully designed kitchens, ensuring every stage of the project runs smoothly and on time, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate goal.Key Responsibilities:Meet design-related revenue targetsManage assigned leads and coordinate store visitsUnderstand customer requirements and develop design conceptsPrepare and revise drawings (2D/3D) until client approvalGenerate quotations and assist in closing salesMeet and consult walk-in customers at the showroomPrepare electrical and plumbing drawings post-finalizationCoordinate dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery to sitesWork closely with production/QC engineers to maintain quality standardsShare customer feedback and insights for continuous product improvementQualifications:B.Arch or a 3-year diploma in designing (post 12th grade).1-2 years of experience in kitchen design and full kitchen interiors.Proven ability to manage customer expectations and deliver projects.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong aptitude for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
