The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plumbing, drainage, and water management systems, with a proven track record on international projects. This role will drive BIM-enabled digital engineering solutions, mentor junior engineers, and strengthen Pinnacle’s leadership in next-generation MEP design.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of PHE systems (plumbing, drainage, water supply, and wastewater systems) across diverse building types and geographies, with focus on UK and Middle East projects.Implement digital-first, BIM-integrated workflows, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and predictive analysis of designs.Prepare hydraulic calculations, system layouts, and specifications in compliance with international codes and standards (BS, IPC, local authority regulations).Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Architectural, Structural) to deliver coordinated and optimized designs.Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence and innovation within the PHE team.Ensure designs align with sustainability, efficiency, and performance objectives.Represent Pinnacle’s design capabilities in client meetings and industry forums.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in PHE design and delivery across multiple building types (commercial, healthcare, high-rise, mixed-use).Strong experience in domestic water supply, sewage, stormwater, and drainage systems.Proven exposure to international standards and codes, with UK and Middle East experience preferred.Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer, IMechE, CIBSE, or equivalent) is desirable.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and related digital design tools.Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Commitment to innovation, digital engineering, and sustainability.Why Join Us?At Pinnacle Design, you will:Work on global landmark projects using cutting-edge technologies.Be part of the digital and AI-driven transformation in building systems design.Collaborate with international multidisciplinary teams in a future-focused studio.Contribute to shaping the next era of MEP system design and delivery.A P³ approach to Design & Engineering — Performance.
