Our commitment is to excellence and innovation in the field of interior design.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead the end-to-end design journey for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design concepts, guiding clients through selections, ensuring technical accuracy, and coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver premium interior solutions.Key Responsibilities-Client journey and design leadershipLead the complete design journey from initial brief to final presentation.Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, understand client lifestyles, and translate them into creative design solutions.Present concepts, material boards, and layouts with clarity and confidence.Manage client expectations, feedback, and design approvals.Technical ExpertiseCreate detailed technical drawings, GFCs, and BOQs.Ensure 100% accuracy in measurements, site feasibility checks, and design integration with services (electrical, plumbing, civil changes).Provide technical guidance to junior designers and project teams.Collaborate with production, site execution, and vendors to ensure design fidelity.Selections and Material CurationConduct and manage material and finish selections for woodwork, furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, hardware, and accessories.Guide clients through showroom/studio visits, ensuring selections align with design intent, budget, and functionality.Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, materials, brands, and new product launches.Coordination and Execution SupportWork closely with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.Address design-related queries during production and installation.Conduct design quality checks and participate in site reviews when required.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.5–10 years of experience in residential interior design (turnkey experience preferred).Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and MS Office.Excellent understanding of materials, modular systems, finishes, and design detailing.Strong communication and client-handling skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Creativity, problem-solving ability, and an eye for aesthetics.What we are looking forA confident design lead who can own the client relationship.A professional who is both creative and technically rigorous.Someone who enjoys curating selections and guiding clients with taste and expertise.A team player with leadership qualities.Location - New BEL Road and Sarjapur Road
