Presentation Designer

Think Design Collaborative has exciting opportunities for a Presentation Designer to work closely with our Project Leadership to create clear and engaging presentations using sharp visuals, animations, and tailored graphics. Responsibilities:Design visually engaging presentation decks for internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and external events.Collaborate with marketing, executive, and creative teams to gather content and create impactful storytelling through visuals.Translate complex ideas and data into clear, concise, and compelling visual formats.Maintain and update master templates and presentation libraries to ensure consistency across materials.Incorporate multimedia elements such as charts, animations, videos, and infographics as needed.Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards, are error-free, and are delivered on time.Support the preparation of pitches, proposals, internal stakeholder meetings, MIS and other communications.Stay updated on current trends in presentation design, visual communication, and relevant software tools.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communications.Expert proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint (the more, the better).Ability to simplify complex information into visually digestible formats.Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Required SkillsCreative ThinkingAttention to DetailTime ManagementReading ComprehensionCritical ThinkingAbility to create PowerPoint presentations and knowledge of graphics and visualization tools such as Adobe CS 5 Suite is an added advantageAbility to take complex information and translate them for use in graphic visualizations for the web or other mediaAbility to collaborate with multiple diverse groups across teamsExcellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.Ability to handle stringent timelines with accuracyExpert working knowledge in MS office applications, especially PPT, Word, Visio and ExcelWorking knowledge on VBA and macrosAbout Think Design:Think Design is an Award winning UX Strategy firm with expertise in User Research, Data, UI UX Design and CX.
