Senior Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the design's production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish graphics & content for print, digital and social collateral in accordance with 7-Eleven Brand Guidelines to support each Open Strong | Stay Strong (OSSS) event; Track & monitor results of each campaign to ensure effectiveness while remaining within allocated budgetCreate, update & maintain graphics for OSSS banners, flags and other exterior décor items to ensure consistency and adherence to Brand StandardsRegularly communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Restaurants, Operations, Real Estate, Digital, Delivery and other departments, to ensure appropriate messaging & offers are included in materialCreate community engagement campaigns for OSSS events to include outreach to schools, hospitals, public safety departments, industrial/distribution centers and other community organizations; Create and publish operating manuals with templates for use by all stores and franchiseesManage third-party vendor relationships as needed to ensure quality and performance expectations are met.QualificationsExpert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or other creative digital softwareAdvanced knowledge of & experience with creating & publishing paid social media, digital and audio campaignsIntermediate knowledge of local marketing campaign strategies in the retail sector
