With the necessary regulatory authorizations, iBUS is driving innovation and transforming the digital landscape for businesses across various industries.Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CS Trainee to support the Legal & Secretarial function at iBus. The role will involve assisting in corporate compliance, board processes, regulatory filings, and legal documentation across group entities.Key Responsibilities:Assist in end-to-end management of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings across iBus group entities, including preparation of agenda, notes, and minutesSupport in maintenance of statutory registers, records, and corporate documents under the Companies Act, 2013Assist with MCA/ROC filings, including annual filings, event-based filings, and compliance trackingDraft and review board resolutions, notices, circular resolutions, and corporate correspondenceMaintain and update compliance trackers for multiple entities, including domestic and overseas subsidiariesSupport in secretarial audits, internal audits, and due diligence processesCoordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and regulators for timely compliance closuresAssist in legal documentation, including basic contract review and maintaining agreement repositoriesTrack director disclosures, KYC, and interest updates, and ensure timely updates before Board MeetingsSupport in group restructuring, mergers, and other corporate actions, as applicableEligibility Criteria:Pursuing Company Secretary course (Executive/Professional level)Strong understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and basic corporate compliancePrior internship exposure in secretarial/compliance functions will be an added advantageSkills & Competencies:Strong attention to detail and ownership mindsetGood drafting and communication skillsProficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for trackers)Ability to manage multiple entities and deadlinesHigh level of integrity and confidentialityWillingness to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentDuration:As per training requirements under ICSI guidelines
