As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are seeking an Office Administrator.Location: On-site, Doddabalapur.Experience Required: 6–8 yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth logistics. This role is central to maintaining efficiency in office management, supporting staff, and providing a welcoming experience for visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.Handle travel bookings and related arrangements for staff.Support office management activities, including scheduling and coordination.Work with departmental heads, house keeping on overall cleanliness of the facility.Work with maintenance to correct/manage facilities related to seating and infrastructure.Requirements6–8 years of experience in office administration or office management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Experience with logistics and travel booking.Ability to work on-site and be accessible during office hours.Diploma or bachelor's degree.What We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunities to grow within the organization.Exposure to diverse responsibilities across office management and customer interaction.Why join INDIC?
