This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities:Front Desk ManagementGreet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a polite and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when required.Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure it reflects the company’s image.Administrative SupportHandle daily administrative tasks like filing, printing, documentation, courier management, etc.Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookingsAssist HR/Admin team with basic tasks — attendance tracking, onboarding support, ID card issuance, etcManage office supplies, stationary stock, and maintain inventory recordsCoordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs.Communication & Co-ordinationShare internal communications and updates with staff.Manage incoming/outgoing emails and letters professionally.Support the team during events, audits, and day-to-day operations.Required Skills:Good verbal & written communicationBasic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional appearance and behaviorTime management & multitaskingProblem-solving attitudeCustomer service orientationQualifications:Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.Freshers are welcome if well-presented and confident
