In this role, you will help manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconcile transactions, maintain clean financial records, and support monthly reporting across multiple entities and payment platforms.You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure accurate books, timely reporting, and smooth financial processes.If you are highly organized, reliable, and enjoy bringing order to fast-moving businesses—this role is for you.About TriplespeedTriplespeed is a fast-moving app studio that’s profitable and growing rapidly.We build and scale multiple direct-to-consumer apps globally, operating across payment platforms, ad networks, subscriptions, and international vendors. We’re looking for a strong finance operator who can help keep our books accurate and our systems efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate bookkeeping records across all business transactions.Track revenue, refunds, subscriptions, chargebacks, and expenses.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.Prepare monthly P&L summaries and management reports.Support payroll inputs, contractor payments, and vendor invoices.Maintain organized financial documentation and audit-ready records.Assist with GST / tax filings / accountant coordination as required.Track ad spend, software costs, and recurring subscriptions.Help leadership with budgeting, cash flow visibility, and finance dashboards.Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.Support ad-hoc finance and operational tasks when required.Who Can ApplyCandidates with 2–6 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.Strong understanding of reconciliations and bookkeeping principles.Experience with digital businesses, SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription businesses preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and responsiveness.Additional Candidate PreferencesExperience with international transactions and multi-currency records.Startup or high-growth business experience preferred.Ability to build clean reporting systems from scratch.Comfortable working with founders directly.Role TypePart-Time / Flexible HoursIdeal for candidates looking for ongoing fractional work with a high-growth company.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Strong part-time compensation based on experience and scope.Flexible Structure: Output-focused role with flexible working hours.High-Growth Exposure: Work closely with a profitable, rapidly scaling global business.Long-Term Opportunity: Potential to grow into a full-time Finance Manager / Controller role as we scale.
