Job Profile – Finance Executive / Assistant Finance Manager (CA Fresher)Position DetailsJob Title: Finance Executive / Assistant Finance ManagerQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA – Fresher)Industry: Real Estate / ConstructionReporting To: Finance Manager / CFOEmployment Type: Full-timeRole ObjectiveTo support the finance operations of real estate projects by handling day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, MIS preparation, and coordination, while gaining hands-on exposure to project finance, RERA, and GST under senior supervision.Key Responsibilities (CA Fresher–Friendly)Accounting & Book ClosureMaintain books of accounts for projects and group entitiesAssist in monthly/quarterly closuresSupport revenue recognition workings under guidanceReconcile bank, vendor & customer balancesGST & Tax Compliance (Execution Role)Prepare and file:GSTR-1, GSTR-3BITC reconciliation (2B vs books)Track RCM applicability for contractorsAssist in TDS computation & returnsSupport responses to GST / IT noticesRERA & Project Compliance SupportAssist in monitoring RERA escrow (70% account)Prepare withdrawal workings with CA certificationsTrack project-wise collections and utilisationMaintain documentation for RERA auditsMIS, Reporting & AnalysisPrepare project-wise MIS:Cost vs budgetCash flow statementsReceivables agingSupport management presentations and dashboardsVendor, Billing & Payment SupportVerify vendor bills, RA bills, and GST complianceAssist in payment processing and tracking advancesCoordinate with Purchase & Project teamsAudit & Compliance CoordinationAssist statutory, tax & internal auditsMaintain schedules, confirmations & working papersSupport ROC & secretarial compliance coordinationSkills & Learning ExpectationsStrong fundamentals in Accounting, GST & Income TaxWillingness to learn real estate–specific laws (RERA, JDA)Good command over Excel & MIS preparationHigh ownership, discipline & documentation mindsetExperience ProfileCA Fresher / up to 1–2 years experienceArticleship exposure in:Tax / Audit / Real Estate clients preferred
