The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing finance and costing, with hands-on exposure to inventory management and loss analysis. This role will play a critical part in driving financial efficiency and supporting decision-making at the plant level.Key Responsibilities:Oversee plant-level financial planning and analysis (FP&A)Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysisDrive the budgeting and forecasting process for plant operationsMonitor and analyze inventory, consumption patterns, and stock movementsTrack and report normal and abnormal losses, with actionable insightsManage product costing, cost sheet preparation, and cost optimization initiativesEnsure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and statutory requirementsPartner with plant and operations teams to provide financial insights and recommendationsSupport audits and ensure accuracy in financial reportingQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldCMA / ICWA (Inter) preferred3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / plant financeStrong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and factory financeExperience in handling ERP systems and MIS reporting is an advantage
