The role offers exposure to financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and business finance activities across the group.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.Handle GST, TDS, and direct tax compliance, including return filings and reconciliations.Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits by coordinating with auditors and preparing required documentation.Manage accounts payable, receivables, and bank reconciliations.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Monitor financial controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making.Support management with financial data, reporting, and business insights.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Financial Reporting.Good understanding of GST, TDS, and corporate tax regulations.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and documentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Preferred SkillsExposure to ERP systems such as Zoho, Tally, SAP, or similar tools will be an advantage.
