Location: BangaloreRole OverviewOversee financial control for Foodlink F&B outlets (restaurants/banquets), ensuring cost efficiency, inventory accuracy, and profitability through analysis and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesCalculate food/beverage costs, menu pricing, and recipe costing; engineer menus for optimal profitability.Conduct daily/weekly/monthly inventories, variance analysis, and monitor wastage/pilferage.Verify POS sales, settlements, voids, and transfers to PMS; reconcile against budgets.Audit receiving/stores, requisitions, and supplier contracts; ensure no unapproved issues.Prepare F&B reports, track KPIs (cost of sales, slow-moving items), and advise on pricing adjustments.Requirements/Finance/Hospitality degree; 4-6 years F&B cost control in hotels/restaurants.Expertise in Excel/POS systems; Bangalore-based.Strong analytical skills for Bangalore's competitive F&B market.
