Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Baleshwar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, meeting with clients, and providing product demonstrations. The role also involves following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales and Business Development Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain customer relationships Knowledge of water pumps and motors, or a willingness to learn Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Customer-focused with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team
