AGM/ DGM/ GM- Mechanical

Job Summary:Lead end-to-end Mechanical & HEMM operations at mine site, ensuring high equipment availability, safety, statutory compliance, and cost-effective maintenance to support production targets.Key Responsibilities:- Lead maintenance and operation of HEMM fleet (dumpers, shovels, excavators, loaders, dozers, drills, crushers, DG sets). - Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance through preventive and predictive maintenance. - Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act, and statutory norms. - Plan maintenance budgets, spares, and cost-optimization initiatives. - Manage mechanical teams, contractors, and OEMs. - Implement reliability engineering, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Coordinate with operations and mine planning for optimal equipment deployment. - Review KPIs, downtime, cost, and MIS reporting.Qualification & Experience:- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - 18–25 years of mining experience with 10+ years in senior HEMM leadership roles. - Experience in large opencast mines preferred.
