Identifying & exploring potential market development opportunities in consultation of Field Marketing Team Key Account Management Responsible for sales achievement & volumes for regular & volume building products in assigned area. Responsible for capturing market insights and major initiative execution in the assigned geography. People & Processes Management Driving Business Initiatives in the assigned areas Distribution Expansion Dealer Management Manage and accelerate Team Performance and motivate to achieve desired targets. BDI Management To appoint, provide trainings and develop to all the Business Development InCharge team in your territory. Support BDI in contractor management Responsible for contractors' enrolment & Tertiary Sales. Market Visit To do frequent visits in the market with the Business Development InCharge team. Guiding and Mentoring to Business Development InCharge team in your territory. Meets To arrange mega meets in their given geography. Adopt the clients To adopt Architects/IDs/Key Contractors & selected key Retailers on dynamic basis (to be selected quarterly). New Product To explain and develop new product range to the contractors and Distributors.
