Technical Footwear Lead

Responsibilities: Lead research and development, drive technical innovation across all footwear components, with a primary focus on sole molds, polymer compounds, and fabric/upper development Oversee the creation and optimization of polymer compounds, ensuring differentiated sole functionality & quality Manage the technical processes of sole mold selection to production Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into the design and manufacturing processes. Ensure that all technical innovations comply with industry standards and regulations, conducting rigorous testing and analysis. Qualifications: A Rubber technologist with similar educational background Must have deep expertise in Sole molds and compound. Understand upper fabrics, knitting in depth.
