This is a key leadership role where you will manage a team of engineers and AutoCAD draftsmen, oversee the preparation of manufacturing drawings, and ensure timely, high-quality outputs that meet client and company standards. Job Descriptions: Lead and mentor a team of engineers & AutoCAD draftsmen, ensuring efficient workload distribution. Review & approve manufacturing drawings for compliance with design specs, standards, and quality norms. Provide technical guidance on complex assemblies & fabrication detailing. Coordinate with production, sales & project teams to resolve drawing mismatches and incorporate customer requirements. Maintain documentation – BOMs, revision histories, project folders. Implement best practices, standardization & quality control processes. Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce rework, and support lean manufacturing. Key Skills & Experience 10+ years in design/production drawing management in a manufacturing environment. Expertise in AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software preferred. Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, HVAC, or industrial equipment manufacturing processes. Proven team leadership & mentoring abilities. Excellent problem-solving & cross-functional coordination skills. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s/Master’s). Interested candidates can fill below mentioned google form.
