The consultant will be responsible for payroll support, troubleshooting payroll issues, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and assisting with payroll configuration and integrations. More details as below.Experience: 10+ yearsWork Location: India (Remote) Contract Period: 6 months, extendable - Potential for Permanent ConversionShift : Australia Shift - 5 am to 2 pm ISTAllocation :Mid-April to July: 20 hours per weekAugust to October: 40 hours per weekRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.Experience troubleshooting payroll issues related to PAYG, superannuation, allowances, and leave management.Strong experience in payroll configuration (PCRs, schemas, pay components, wage types).Experience working with integrations (SAP CPI, time & attendance, banking systems, super vendors).Solid understanding of payroll cycles, compliance requirements, and payroll data validation processes.Key Responsibilities : Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Employee Central (EC).Troubleshoot payroll issues related to PAYG taxation, superannuation, allowances, leave, and statutory deductions.Support payroll configuration, including pay components, wage types, PCRs, and schemas.Monitor payroll cycles and ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.Perform payroll validations, reconciliation, and issue resolution.Support integrations with SAP CPI, time & attendance systems, banking interfaces, and superannuation vendors.Document issues, fixes, and system changes clearly.Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.WHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
