This role will support enterprise SAP transformation programs, including RISE with SAP, S/4HANA migrations, and BTP-based digital experience initiatives. You will work directly with clients to design and implement role-based digital workspaces using SAP Build Work Zone (Standard and Advanced editions) integrated with S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other SAP and non-SAP systems.This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong technical capability, structured delivery discipline, and the ability to operate in complex enterprise landscapes.Responsibilities:Client Engagement & DeliveryLead and/or participate in technical workshops to gather digital workplace requirementsTranslate business needs into scalable Work Zone architectureDesign role-based spaces, pages, and navigation structuresCollaborate with the architect in advising clients on SAP UX strategy aligned with S/4HANA transformationSAP BTP & Work Zone ImplementationConfigure and develop SAP Build Work Zone sitesImplement content federation from S/4HANA and other backend systemsDevelop and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 applicationsConfigure Launchpad service, Destination service, HTML5 repository, Cloud Connector, IAS / IPS, etc.Design and configure authorization and role collectionsImplement SSO and identity integrationIntegration & ArchitectureIntegrate with S/4HANA (Public & Private Cloud), ECC systems, SAP SaaS products like SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, Non-SAP REST servicesSupport integration via OData services, SAP Integration Suite, API ManagementEnsure secure and scalable connectivity via Cloud ConnectorDevOps & GovernanceSupport the BTP subaccount strategy and transport managementAlign with client DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesParticipate in security reviews and compliance assessmentsProvide production support during hypercareRequired Experience4+ years of SAP experience2+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experienceProven experience implementing SAP Build Work ZoneStrong SAP Fiori/UI5 development skillsExperience integrating S/4HANA or ECC with BTPExperience in enterprise SAP landscapes (multi-system environments)Preferred Experience RISE with SAP project experienceKnowledge of SAP Cloud ALMExposure to SAP Integration SuiteExperience with S/4HANA migrationsUnderstanding of Basis/infrastructure constraints in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with managed services transition processesTechnical SkillsSAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment)SAP Build Work Zone (Std & Advanced)SAPUI5 / JavaScript / HTML5 / CSSOData V2/V4SAP Cloud ConnectorIAS / IPSGit-based version controlREST APIsConsulting CompetenciesStrong client-facing communication skillsAbility to lead workshops independentlyStructured documentation and solution design skillsAbility to work across functional, integration, and infrastructure teamsRisk identification and mitigation mindsetExperience working in global delivery teamsSelected applicant will be subject to a background investigation, which will be conducted and the results of which will be used in compliance with applicable law.Lemongrass Consulting is an Equal Opportunity employer.
