Integrity, experience, honesty, people, humanity, and passion for excellence are some other adjectives that define this global technology leader.Key ResponsibilitiesOperationalize transfer pricing policies, including intercompany charges, cost allocations and periodic adjustmentsExecute quarterly and annual profit reviews by directly extracting, validating, and analysing data from multiple ERP and consolidation systems to ensure compliance with the arm’s length standardPrepare and deliver detailed IC recharge forecasts, including assumptions, drivers, and variance analysis versus actuals, ensuring forecasts are operationally executable and finance‑readyDrive end‑to‑end closure of intercompany recharges and adjustments, coordinating directly with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely bookingProduce clear, decision‑ready analyses and summaries for local, regional, and global stakeholders, translating data into actionable insightsDesign, build, and maintain transfer pricing data models, trackers, and dashboards, ensuring ongoing monitoring can be run independently and repeatedlyProvide audit support for transfer pricing issues including preparing responses, gathering supporting documentation and verifying local financialsContinuously improve execution efficiency by standardizing templates, streamlining workflows, and reducing manual intervention across recurring processesCollaborating with the business through functional interviews and communication with operational management across different business lines to offer transfer pricing guidance for various business opportunities and transactions as neededQuarterly transfer pricing reviews / risk assessments in support of the tax provision process and compliance with SOX. Ensure that Company SOX procedures are followed and documented for purposes of annual and interim reporting Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree, or other post-graduate qualification or professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA) preferred5-8 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a multinational software or technology company or a Big Four firmProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)Strong communication, analytical, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills preferredUnderstanding of management and financial reporting and intercompany processes is essentialAbility to perform root cause analyses and effectively communicate results and findings
