Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop original and engaging scripts for videos, campaigns, digital ads, podcasts, and other creative projects.Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and storylines.Adapt complex ideas into clear, concise, and relatable narratives.Research topics to ensure accuracy and authenticity in scriptwriting.Revise and edit scripts based on feedback from creative directors and clients.Maintain brand tone and voice across all written content.Support senior writers with content outlines, storyboarding, and creative ideation.Stay updated on content trends, storytelling formats, and audience engagement strategies.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mass Communication, English, Creative Writing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).0–2 years of professional experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or content creation.Strong command of language, grammar, and storytelling techniques.Ability to write for different tones, audiences, and formats (short-form, long-form, voiceover, dialogue, etc.).Excellent research, organization, and time-management skills.Basic understanding of video production and script formatting.Creative mindset with an eye for detail.Nice to HaveExperience writing for YouTube, social media, or branded content.Understanding of SEO, audience engagement, and storytelling for digital media.Passion for film, advertising, or storytelling.
