Sr. Manager, Physical Security

We are seeking a leader, who will be responsible for physical security operations for Mumbai, Pune & Baroda. This position manages but is not limited to Security Audits Controls, Compliance, asset protection, Security Financials, Contract management and Investigations. The incumbent shall be responsible for implementing client MSA requirements and manage E-Security Projects at sites.ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTSOversee cluster of sites within the Physical Security environmentDay to day physical security operations aligned with a global standard, policies and proceduresRecommend and suggest different protection strategies to harden all assets deployed onsite and for work at home (WAH) employeesConducting investigations using different techniques and usage of security technologySecurity Audits Controls and Compliance (client requirement and/or industry standards)Implementing cost saving measure to help company in time of need & Client MSA requirements at siteConnecting with government office on business requirementsContract Management and Invoicing for security service providersSupports business continuity planE-Security Project Management for Physical security operationsPROFILE & EXPERIENCE12+ years of experience in Corporate Security, Military or Law Enforcement (with exposure in physical security operations and/or safety management).Expertise in physical security design, implementation, risk assessments and mitigationStrong knowledge on Security Technology such as Controlled Access System, Video Surveillance and Intrusion detection systemsExperience in conducting investigations of security and safety incidents and well adept with emergency and safety procedures.Should have handled security guard board & experience in handling government, police and political parties Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry.
