Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad for a Sales Floor Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with queries, providing information about courses, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the sales area, processing transactions, supporting promotional campaigns, and collaborating with the team to achieve organizational goals. Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. QualificationsCustomer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, respond to inquiries, and assist customers professionally and empathetically.Sales and Product Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding and promoting a variety of training programs and competitive exam courses.Team Collaboration and Organizational Skills: Capability to work in a team, manage tasks efficiently, and contribute positively to store operations.Problem-Solving Skills: Quick decision-making and ability to address customer concerns or escalations effectively.Relevant Qualifications: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn are valued.Required knowledge Of Govt Competitive Exam or Team Lead Experience of not less than 1 year.
