The company is dedicated to delivering excellence in science and technology solutions. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Service Engineer located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting, and conducting maintenance and repair of scientific equipment. The Sales and Service Engineer will also manage field service operations and ensure that customers receive high-quality after-sales service. Building strong customer relationships and providing clear communication are key aspects of the role. QualificationsExperience with Troubleshooting and Technical SupportProficiency in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair tasksStrong Communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and team membersAbility to understand technical schematics and manualsEngineering degree or diploma in a related field, such as Electronics or Instrumentation, is preferredPrevious experience in the scientific research equipment industry is an advantageWillingness to travel to client locations as needed for on-site service
