We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer for Pune region.ResponsibilitiesPresent sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Identify emerging Business development opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s share at key accounts.Coordinating with Projects, Application and Support teams to discuss and solve customer’s challenges.Multi-level engagements and building brand value and rapport amongst key stakeholders at customers.Conducting brand promotion activities/seminars/product training at the customers.Involvement during major trials, troubleshoot activities Negotiating with direct customers or channel partners for orders.Coordinating with external and internal teams regarding issues like payments/order booking.Customer Mapping, Profile card, implementing business contracts as per customer’s terms and conditions.QualificationsGraduate Engineer in Mechanical8+ years of relevant experienceStrong negotiation skillsInterpersonal skills
