Exp : 10+ Years Notice Period : upto 30 Days Role : Zonal Sales Manager Location : Aurangabad - Maharashtra 01. Role Description: Responsible for leading and directing the sales operations for an entire zone assigned, overseeing a team of Regional Managers, Territory Sales Lead, Market Development Officers and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives. 02. Qualification: Master's degree in any discipline, preferably Agriculture management. 03. Experience: 15+ years of progressive sales experience in the seed industry with a minimum of 3-5 years as Zonal Marketing Manager / Product Manager or 5 years as RSM. Must be working or worked in Maharashtra with Cotton Seed selling exposure 04. Technical / Functional Competencies: Financial Acumen Analytical Skills Cost Management Portfolio Development & Channel Management Market Analysis & Business Acumen Sales Planning & Forecasting Strategic Planning Execution Resource Management Digital Adoption & Data Analytics 05. Behavioural / Leadership Competencies: Organizational Leadership Emotional Intelligence Strategic Mindset Communication Skills Collaboration Skills Negotiation Skills Problem Solving 06. Roles & Responsibilities: Delivery of sales, demand generation, demand fulfilment, and collection targets. Performance management of team - Talent acquisition. Preparation of short and long-term operational plans and execution. Breaking down organizational goals into geographic and business area-wise priorities and implementation accordingly. Ensuring robust adherence of business processes and right service levels to customers (both farmers, channel partners and internal customers). Identifying and defining Learning & Development agenda for zone - key stakeholder in effective implementation of NSL Pathshala. Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
