Sales Automation Specialist

Project Overview: We are looking to build a sophisticated, AI-powered sales and lead generation workflow using n8n. The goal is to automate the process from initial company identification to personalised email outreach, creating a powerful engine for our sales team. We have a detailed workflow designed and need an experienced n8n developer to build, test, and deploy it. Responsibilities: Build the end-to-end workflow in n8n as described above, ensuring reliability and scalability. Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services (e.g., Phantombuster). Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow. Craft the necessary expressions and light code (if needed in the Function node) to correctly parse and map data between nodes. Collaborate with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs. Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance. Required Skills and Experience: Expert in n8n: Demonstrable experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n is essential. Please provide examples of past projects. API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs, handling JSON payloads, and managing authentication (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth). AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 (or similar) into automated workflows. Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with the concepts and tools for web scraping and data enrichment. Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues and think critically to find solutions. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic to ensure accuracy. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with sales/marketing automation. Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node. Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
