Growth & Performance Marketer – Web & App AcquisitionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketer (Web & App Acquisition) who can drive scale through performance marketing, D2C growth levers, and app-led user acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and lifecycle growth, working closely with performance, creative, product, CRM, and strategy teams.You will own measurable growth outcomes across web and app — including new user acquisition, app installs, first-order conversion, and efficiency metrics — not just campaign execution.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Acquisition Marketing (Web + App)Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, YouTube, UAC, and other relevant channels.Drive app installs and new user acquisition, focusing on quality users and efficient cost per install (CPI).Own core performance metrics including CAC, CPI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.Analyse full-funnel performance across TOF, MOF, and BOF, for both Web and App journeys.Optimise budgets across Web vs App to maximise incremental growth and efficiency.Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve ad-to-app install, onboarding, and first-order conversion.App Growth & User AcquisitionExecute and optimise App Install, App Engagement, and App Re-attribution campaigns.Work closely with analytics and product teams to improve activation, first purchase, and early retention.Analyse user cohorts by source, platform (iOS/Android), and behaviour to improve acquisition quality.Support ASO-led growth initiatives in collaboration with internal teams or partners.D2C Growth & Funnel ExecutionApply D2C growth frameworks including offer structuring, funnel optimisation, and experimentation.Drive continuous testing across creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and in-app experiences.Support launch and scale strategies for new products, categories, and growth initiatives.Translate data insights into clear, actionable growth recommendations.CRM & Retention (Foundational)Support CRM initiatives across Email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and SMS.Assist in building and optimising lifecycle journeys including welcome, install-to-first-order, abandonment, reactivation, and repeat purchase flows.Measure impact of retention programs on repeat rate, frequency, and LTV.SEO & Organic FundamentalsUnderstand SEO basics including on-page optimisation, keyword intent, content structure, and technical hygiene.Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure paid and organic strategies work together.Track key organic KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and landing page performance.Identify opportunities where SEO and performance landing pages can improve overall conversion.Data, Reporting & Growth InsightsUse GA4, ad platforms, and dashboards to derive actionable insights, not just reports.Prepare clear performance summaries highlighting wins, gaps, and next actions.Analyse funnel and cohort data across Web and App journeys.Contribute to A/B testing, growth experiments, and learning documentation.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in performance, growth, or D2C marketing (agency or in-house).Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.Solid understanding of D2C funnels, CRO fundamentals, and experimentation frameworks.Working knowledge of CRM and retention concepts (hands-on experience is a plus, not mandatory).Basic understanding of SEO principles and organic growth drivers.Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, tech, CRM, and strategy teams.Nice to HaveExperience in D2C, e-commerce, grocery, healthcare, or lead-driven businesses.Exposure to tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker Studio, CleverTap, Klaviyo, or similar.Strong problem-solving mindset with a test–learn–optimise approach.
