Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedAssistant Marketing Manager (AMKM)to join our team in Aurangabad. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical marketing skills, who can lead market intelligence, business development, and achieve quarterly budget goals. Key Responsibilities Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and business opportunities. Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and achieve sales goals. Ensure strict debtor control and effective management of financials. Oversee the performance and utilization of subordinates to ensure optimal results. Represent CTR Manufacturing Ltd. at seminars, conferences, and other industry events. Update management on emerging technology trends relevant to the business. Achieve quarterly budget goals through strategic planning and execution. Ideal Candidate Education : Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Experience : 10+ years of experience in marketing radiators for transformer manufacturing. Skills : Strong analytical ability, multilingual communication skills (both oral and written), and excellent organizational skills. Other Requirements : Ability to travel for a minimum of 15 days a month. Must be willing to commit to a long-term association (5 years).
